Return, Exchange & Delivery Policy

KatTee BatTee

At KatTee BatTee, every T-shirt is thoughtfully made to order especially for you. We are committed to delivering quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Made-to-Order Policy

  • All KatTee BatTee products are made to order after successful payment confirmation.

  • Once an order is placed, it is considered final and binding. Modifications or cancellations may not be possible once production has commenced.

  • As products are custom-produced, returns, exchanges, or refunds due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, or personal preference will not be accepted.

This policy applies to both website purchases and live exhibition/event sales.


2. Size Selection Responsibility

  • A detailed size chart is available on every product page.

  • Customers are solely responsible for reviewing the size chart before placing the order.

  • Exchanges or refunds due to incorrect size chosen by the customer will not be considered.

Production Tolerance

While each product is made individually and carefully:

  • Minor measurement variation of up to ±1 inch

  • Slight variations in print placement

  • Minor shade differences

may occur and shall not be considered manufacturing defects.


3. Product Display & Color Disclaimer

  • Product images are for representation purposes only.

  • Colors may vary slightly depending on screen resolution, device settings, brightness, lighting conditions, and production processes.

  • Such minor variations shall not qualify as defects or grounds for return.

A disclaimer regarding color variation is displayed on individual product pages.


4. Delivery Timeline

  • Our standard delivery window is 7 to 15 business days from the date of purchase, including production time and buffer.

  • Most orders are delivered on or before the estimated timeline.

  • While we strive to expedite all orders, once the shipment is handed over to the courier partner, KatTee BatTee is not responsible for delays caused by logistics providers.


5. Address Accuracy & Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect/incomplete address or refusal of delivery may require additional re-shipping charges.

  • Re-dispatch will be processed only after applicable shipping charges are paid.


6. Returns Eligibility (Incorrect or Defective Product Only)

Returns or replacements will be considered only if:

  • The delivered item is defective; OR

  • The delivered size, color, or design materially differs from what was ordered and confirmed.

Reporting Timeline

  • Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Customers must provide clear photographs and an unboxing video (starting from unopened package) as evidence.

  • Claims without sufficient evidence may not be approved.


7. 7-Day Return Window (If Approved)

If a return request is approved:

  • Product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

  • All returns are subject to inspection and approval before refund processing.


8. Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance Sale products

  • Discounted products

  • Exhibition / pop-up sales (except in case of verified defect or incorrect item delivered)

  • Bulk or customized orders once production has begun


9. Wash & Care Responsibility

Product durability depends on following proper wash care instructions.
KatTee BatTee is not responsible for shrinkage, color bleeding, fading, or print damage resulting from improper washing or handling.


10. Reverse Pick-Up Facility

  • Reverse pick-up is available for most serviceable pin codes.

  • For non-serviceable locations, products must be shipped to:

11. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 15 business days after inspection and approval of the returned product.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

  • Customers will not be charged for return pick-up in approved cases.

Refund timelines begin after quality inspection approval, not at the time of request submission.


12. Exchange Process

  • Customers must first initiate a return request via email.

  • Upon approval and inspection, refund will be processed.

  • A new order must be placed for replacement size or product to ensure faster fulfillment.


13. Payment Disputes & Fraud Protection

  • Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

  • KatTee BatTee reserves the right to provide order confirmation records, delivery proof, and policy acceptance records in case of disputes.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or future service in cases of suspected misuse or fraudulent claims.


14. Communication Policy

All official communication regarding returns, exchanges, or refunds must be made via email at:

Requests made via social media platforms may not be considered formal return requests.


15. Governing Law

This policy is governed by applicable Indian laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
